History and Corporate Philosophy
Bound’s Medical, Inc. was originally begun in 1989 and purchased in August 1998 by William T. Hall. In November 2000, the name was changed to Texas Home Medical, Inc.
Texas Home Medical, Inc. provides medical equipment and supplies to persons faced with today’s healthcare challenges. It is the policy of Texas Home Medical, Inc. to strive to improve the health of our clients/patients in a manner that distinguishes us in our industry. Client/patient rights, responsibilities, dignity and confidentiality are our highest priority in the delivery and follow-up process.
We will constantly provide our staff members with updates in the latest home healthcare technology through attendance at seminars, participation in training programs, in-house education and other appropriate methods.
Clients/patients are among our organization’s most valuable assets. Every Team Member represents Texas Home Medical, Inc. to our clients/patients and the public. The way we do our jobs presents an image of our entire organization. Therefore, we always assist any client/patient or potential customer with courteous, friendly, helpful and prompt attention.
